Thread: com port problem for gps in D3

I have a d3 running on my pc, use a Hi-204s mouse gps receiver set at com port 3, every thing should be right but when I running d3, it cant find gps, I used the gpsdiag to check if its work, it shows like this:

any one can tell me whats that means? and what should I do? thx
