    Speed alarm

Where can I change the speed alarm speeds? It seems that the speeds aren't correct in km/h ?

You can't change it. What you could do (if you're using the latest beta) is disable destinators own speed alert (Menu -> Settings -> Alert Settings -> Uncheck "...over the speed limit") and enable the integrated frontend one.

Open Settings.ini inside the Frontend_Prev folder
    find the section [Advanced GPS]
    change SpeedWarning=-1 to SpeedWarning=xx

where xx is your chosen speed.

Are speed camera settings configurable with the destinator 1.1.2? If so how, i import the cameras as favourites and want to get alerted 400 yards away, how would i do that?
