I am using the D3 Frontend in Mediacar. I was wondering if there was a way to make the windows xp start bar (the bar at the bottom of the screen) stop popping up everytime I click on any of the buttons in D3. The start bar comes up so I can't touch any of the buttons on the bottom bar.
Any Ideas would be great.

I just "right click" on the lower tool bar, go to properties and make sure "Lock the Task Bar" is unclicked, "Auto Hide..." is clicked and "Keep the Task Bar...." is unclicked.
There might be a better way, but it works....![]()
yeah, that's it...this must have been discussed hundreds of times in the mediacar forums and several times here already though

Or maybe a better solution..
uncheck: Keep the taskbar on top of other windows..
This way the taskbar keeps visible, but other applications are on top.. and your taskbar isn't lost as the auto-hide taskbar option.
Thats the way I do it.Originally Posted by TheKingPlaza
