It's the same SDK, it just hasn't been modified to accept large maps (and the "Demo" message hasn't been removed)
There's nothing to stop you using a previous DLL, but I'm not advising that.
Edit: I'm not reuploading 16mb (forcing everyone who's downloading now to cancel) just so you can install to a different drive. Can't you install to C:\ and just copy it across?
