    Roundabout/Bad Directions

Has anyone experienced roundabout or bad directions from Destinator 3? Whenever I try to go somewhere, it gives me such bad directions that I manage to get lost because of the GPS. I then have to quit out of the Destinator and open up routis. Routis always manages to save the day, but I really would like to use Destinator (it being embedded and all). Any ideas why Destinator is making things difficult?

I think that's a common problem on the PC SDK. PowerLoc fixed that for the PDA version, but we don't get that kind of support

The latest SDK is marginally larger in size than the older (cracked) one. I assume it'll be using the latest PDA routing code

I have the same problem. Destinator will take me on all roads that are not interstates. It likes hwy. over fast interstates. So did I read a post right that Destinator was going to put out a labtop version?

Oh man, you mean that It doesn't say " U-Turn " etc and all the re-reoutes on the PC version ???

I guess I got too used to the pocket PC version. It will say "u-Turn" then after a few times recalculate route based on the way you WANT to go. It's very intuative !!

I've never tested out destinator's routing capability

If this is a common problem, how are so many people still using Dest. 3? Is there a fix?
