looks like just standard COM bits plus documentation and VB / C samples

Im a little confused by this whole thing... in car pc is a project for me, and i currently have got destinator 3 for my pda... so i have the maps and everything.

but do i have to spend more money to use this with map monkey?
i'll be honest, i dont really want to invest yet, i would like to just try it out to see how well a in carp c handles it.
Is there any way of doing this??

Hi all

It seems that HSTC and Rafiq still have problems providing the new SDK dll's.

18th may 2005 I bought the SDK and got a mail from Rafiq with this link:

The dll is the one with 3MB limit.

I have since then been in email dialog with Rafiq. Every time i mention MapMonkey the replies stops! NICE SERVICE!!!

I don't think I'm able to get any more help from Rafiq so money on SDK, Destinator 3 and Maps are waisted unless one of you guy's can help to provide link to a newer dll version.

Ask them for your money back then as it's not fit for purpose.

Also, always email with a read receipt on each message, and if he reads them and doesn't reply, reply to the read receipt saying 'you've read it, are you going to reply!'

Thanks Steveig. Now they are getting it:

I have been in repeating contact with Rafiq regarding the limitation of your SDK (the 3 MB limit). However I have not been able to get a full working version of the DLL.

This makes ALL the products (SDK, Destinator and EU Maps) I have bought worthless and therefore I will ask you to refund my USD 50,- immediately as you do not keep your promises in you license description of the SDK where it states "The stand-alone application produced will require a fully licensed version of Destinator which can be purchased from www.destinator1.com or your nearest Destinator retailer." As I have bought a fully licensed version of Destinator and still havn't been able to recive a full copy of the SDK/DLL you are selling lies!

If my payment is NOT refunded to my credit card within two work days I will take actions necessary to get my money back.

Looking forward to see what happens but don't expect much. If they do not take action we must start a www.DestinatorSucks.com website
