I turned it on, but couldn't get it working either.

I'm not sure whether it's MM (this was back over Christmas break, so it was a couple of versions ago) or Destinator, and I didn't really care all that much, so I didn't bother reporting it. After all, I have a big dial on the right hand side of my dash, and a read-out on the right hand side of MM - why do I need the computer yelling at me as well? :-)

i want it telling me, so i dont speed...
it did tell once that i was speeding.. when i was about to speed thru a "gatso"?

but i dont think the maps we got have speed on em.. which is also bad cus it wont chose the shortest and quickest route properly.

Good point. If fact, I haven't been able to find a difference between the quickest and the shortest, either in NSW or SA, so maybe this is the reason why. However, it does have the ability to guesstimate the ETA, so there must be some velocity factor in there?

now that ive played with it a little more, i think it does have some speeds in it..

in the config window i set it to tell me when i was 10k's over the limit which kept telling me when i was at 10km/h that i was over the limit..
now that ive turned it off ive noticed that it will tell me properly that im over the limit..?
    i cant work it out
