Two utility for convert to .dat file

Two simple utility for convert in final file .dat (work with D3 full compatible)

One convert the .csv to .dat
Another convert the .ov2(Tom Tom compatible) to .dat

Yes, but its work for ALL file .dat (exsample, update the speed cam database)
see in D3 "Favorites" folder,all file POI and Speedcam its ".dat " ;)

In you don't have the Destinator Console v. 3.075 for conver the .csv to .dat, is it one possible solution!

I have recently purchased a Huawei c5320 cdma Handset. Problem is my Phonebook on my computer is in a .csv format. Any idea about how I can convert the same to the .dat format (recognised by Huawei)? Please help as in the alternative, I would have to manually enter the whole phonebook!
