Component TABCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies is not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invalid.

The File TABCTL32.OCX is out of date or missing. This program requires
    a new version.

The dialog looks much like the following: www.fhlsim.com/download/r...l32ocx.jpg

In order to fix this problem, you'll need to set up and register the library file.

    Here's how to do it:

1.Download a new copy of this library file. For differentiation, the file you will
    download is at www.fhlsim.com/download/tabctl32new.zip
2.Back up your current copy of TABCTL32.OCX and unzip the new version
to the same file location. This file should be located in the
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory on your C: drive (for Windows NT/Xp/2000:
    \WINNT\system32).
3.Change the name of the newly unzipped file to "TABCTL32.OCX".
4.Using your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
5.Type the following command to register this library file: regsvr32
    \windows\system\TABCTL32.OCX (for Windows NT/Xp/2000: regsvr32
    \WINNT\system32\TABCTL32.OCX)
6.You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"
If you are getting an error telling you that the file is missing, then you are not
typing the command in correctly. You will need to key it in as follows:
    regsvr32 \windows\system\TABCTL32.OCX
    regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\TABCTL32.OCX (for Windows NT/Xp/2000)

If you are unable to register a Windows Library file manually with the regsvr32 command, you should be able to register them with the Microsoft VBRUN60.EXE tool.

The latest Library files may be installed by using a program provided by Microsoft called VBRUN60.EXE. VBRUN60.EXE installs the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 run-time library (MSVBVM60.EXE) and updates required Automation files used by Visual Basic 6.0 applications (including the one that you are missing). VBRUN60.EXE may be downloaded from the Microsoft Web Site at: support.microsoft.com/sup...2/4/61.asp

If you are having problems registering a Library file, your computer's operating system may not be functioning correctly. You may need to perform a Windows System Update (free at www.microsoft.com).
