    No volume when playing movies.

When I play mp3s in media player the volume works perfectly fine. But when I want to play a movie I switch to the movie player and I start the movie. The volume is immediatly reduced to 0 and neither of the volume control buttons work. Whats wrong? Do I need an add on to play movies? Also most of my songs are listed with very wierd names some in wingdings and others just dont have names at all. Where does media player get the filename info? Cause in progs like winamp the names show up as normal. One more question. Is their a way to load the whole master directory of my mp3s into the playlist? What I mean is that I have a folder mp3s then inside that I have rock, rap, comedy, techno etc and then I have folders with the artist inside of these. I want to load the folder of everything into the player and put it on random(if there is one) so I get a mix of everything, is this possible?

    Ok Thanks

P.S. Very nice program. One thing its missing though is a random button in the mp3 player(unless there already is one that I havent found).

    On Volume:
Same problem here... it seems to be muting the system volume when I go to play a movie....any thoughts?

    On Wierd Characters:
I also get some wierd thing happening with my file names (ID3 Tag Info). It will be a series if a's or U's, for example:
    1 - aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - aaaaaaaaaaaaa - aaaaaaaa
would be a file name. I have checked my ID3 tag info and it is all correct. Could this be a tag reading error?

I can use the keyboard commands to turn the volume up when I am movie mode. Once the volume is at 100% using the keyboard, the remote volume down works fine, but when I press volume up on the remote, it mutes it, then when i press it again, it jumps right back to the original volume, not 2% increments. I have this problem in both mp3 and movie mode.

I hope carcomp becomes aware of the bug and fixes it.
