    Can't switch back from external App

    Hi,

    I'm trying out ME and so far I'm really impressed. I am getting stumped by one thing though and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
    I've added an app to external app (actually I've tried a few!) and run into a bit of a problem. I want to leave the application running and switch back into ME to select a different MP3. It doesn't seem to work unless I close down the external app.
    I've even considered using a tool such as Talisman but it seems such a lot of work just to be able to run the MP3 engine and another app simultaneously.
    Hope someone can offer a solution.

    Thats because MediaEngine is working how it should. The external application function is built to allow you to run an external program, then when it closes, return to mediaengine. All M.E. operation goes on standby until the program is closed.

    Darn it, that's what I was afraid of!!
    So how do people use it with GPS or similar?
