Hi,
I haven't actually tried it but I know that girder can emulate keystrokes which is all you need to use Media Engine. Shouldn't be a problem.
Does it support Girder in any way?
I dont have a touch screen and dont plan on gettin one s it wuold be helpful if I could use My remote with this app.

Thats exactly what I did when I played with it. Just bound keystrokes in girder, and then setup the keys in ME.Originally posted by [CoRn/MP3]

Hi. I have Girder on my player using the Igor Pluggin for IR remotes, and the Packard Bell Fast media remote. I currently dont use the Remote control unit, since i can use a wide variety of remotes with that receiver... Then i took an old Sony CD player remote control which is a lot smaller and good looking... and reconfigured some of the strings... now i can use the Packard Bell or The sony cd player remote...
You have to do some trial and error configuring the strings... in most cases you will have to add an antirepeat delay... im using 100 ms. and works well...
I can email my groups if anyone is interested... still needs tunning (I've been busy trying to make another skin... )... but the basic functions work great...
Hey jes380... I was just about to start making a group for that... if you got one, that'd be awsome. wrap it up and ship it out to almightycorndogg@yahoo.com if it's not too much trouble. Thanks bro
