I seem to be receiving at least two or three stations on each frequency. I've only tried it in my study, I wasn't going to try it with my new carpc build at all. It was that bad.

My reception is mostly excellent, I can get about 13 commercial and 14 BBC stations with a tiny 300mm high arial, don't know what it will be like on the move though.
Can I buy a pci to usb adapter?? no more room in my Cubid 2699R case and the only pci slot houses the Extidgys/c.

Sorry - I have no idea - either what card you are talking about, or whether it will work.

Having said that, the easiest way to find out is to try. Just remember that shielding the aerial connections is important.

I was thinking about buying one of those TV tuner PCI cards that also do FM reception. That way my CarPC will have both TV and radio.

If that DirecTV system for vechicles weren't so damned expensive, I'd go with that. It'd almost be like having XMRadio using those Music Channel stations that they provide.

This is the worst crap i've ever seen. I only get one station cuz the station is about 2 miles from me. Everything else is garbage. ANd i have it patched to my car antenna. Do not buy this junk!

Were you refering to the Dlink, or my idea? If you were talking to me, then you need to get the proper antennae.

    Hello,

    I modified my USB-Radio:

Now I would rate the D-Link reception as 8 or 9.
The sound is perfect and I can reiceive nearly all radio stations in Germany.
