Where is the control panel do you mean...?
I tested the last 40 hours to run the Media Engine on my PC.

control panel of windows.. its not in Media Engine. Since you live outside the US your regioal settings are something different then the US.. So open up the control panel in windows and there's a icon for regional settings or something and set it to somewhere in the US

ya its a pain.. i think in 2.0 they are making it work so it'll handle all the different regions. The problem is you people like the metric system
