still a wip but im not going to to change anything else till i get my new screen.

here is the read me:

This is my first skin so bare with me, there may be a few issues im not aware of,please let me know if

you find any.

Currently there are only Two resolutions for this skin
1280x768 and 800x480 pick the one thats closest to your resolution and you should be ok.
You may (most likeyly) have to manualy adjust the font sizes so they look ok in your setup.
Just open the .skn file in notepad.

Note this skin was made for widescreen, so if your LCD is 4:3 things will be squished, send me a quick

email at liquidsmokeNOSPAM@ameritech.net and ill see what i can do for you.

I have tested this skin pretty much to make sure there arent any glareing problems, again if you find

any let me know ill fix it asap.

This skin does not contain buttons for GPS or a Shutdown button. For my situation the shutdown button

is a little redundant so i removed it. And i dont have GPS. If you absolutely NEED these buttons, let

me know and i can make another version but it will be at least a week, im very busy and only can work on

this skin stuff once or twice a week, mostly on the weekend.

This skin is also made only for people who own VW's thats why everything is red or blue.
So it matches the interior lights of vw's and audi

For those that want the skin with a different car logo, you will have to be patient as i figure out the

best way to handle this. I will make the skin available with different car logo's just not today

If you feel you can put the logo in yourself and have a copy of photoshop7, drop me a line and ill give

you all my source psd files and you can DIY.

also, currently i dont have my lcd screen in my car so this skin was only tested on my desktop, im

waiting for a replacement screen that should come at the end of the week or so. If someone can take

some screen shots of the skin using there lillyput or GAIN monitors that would be great. Thanks.

Like I said before.... Nice fukin job!!!! Please keep me posted with updates.... Let me know when you get to a Mercedes Skin. That what my install will be. I'm still getting all my parts together and haven't started programing the computer just yet... Keep up the good work. R. Dash

Thanks for the comments, really appreciate it.

I started some work on variations of the skin with different car logos.
I already have all the logos that have been requested so far, i think maybe before the end of this week ill be able to release other versions of the skin.
