menu bars

I have just downloaded this app and so far it looks to be very promising for my needs, one thing I am having a problem with is when I run my GPS program the menu bar at the bottom covers the menu for my app and it makes it unusable, if I load it as an external app instead, I can use it but I still have to fight the floating menu thing around the screen to much. I am wondering if it would be possible to make these things auto hide like the windows taskbar? Maybe this is possible already but I haven't found the solution if so.

It sounds like your GPS app isn't getting embedded properly but it's hard to tell by your description. How about posting a screen cap?

ok the first is the app on its own the second is running it through ME , hope this helps

Your application isn't responding to M/E when it asks it to resize to fit the GPS window. I'm not familiar with this particular app, so the only thing I can tell you is to experiment with settings and window sizing.
