Thread: Trouble Installing

I downloaded and installed Media Engine however I am getting an error when I try to open the application.

problem with DB_updater.exe

I went into the program file and ran the db_updater.exe and I am still getting the problem.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I am running vista on an Alienware so I'm pretty sure my laptop should run this program no problem.
