    Anyway, do you think it's possible to make so that pictures are automatically downloaded from the camera into the video directory?

    If I had to guess, I'd say it's probably dependent upon a codec (mjpeg perhaps) that you have installed on one machine and not the other. The fact that it works at all is a hack, so don't misunderstand my attempt to help with the notion that we support this functionality.

    i reinstaled my xp not because of this problem and now its working for jpg files
    anyone has other files he can use in m/e
