When launching an external application the floating bar is at left top location (0). I noticed that ME will try and keep the location constant if changed by the user. I run copilot as an external app and I changed the location to bottom/right (2).

When I follow the following steps:
1) start the app. the floating bar is at location 2.
2) click the "music" button on the floating bar.
3) click the application again.
The floating bar is back at location 0. What am I doing wrong?
