Well i figured if i put an RCa end on my power antenna and wire it right into the unit, it should be good enough.. what do you think?

This has been tried so many times.

I've spent hours soldering mine all different ways.

I'm going to try a FM Signal booster.

I gave up on it for a little while, but it is starting to spark my interest agin. I thought of goin with XM and even bought an XM-PCR(Ebay $20.00) But am still deciding if i want to shell out $7.00 a month just for radio. I still like my local stations

I am in the same boat...

I just bought a 20db gain antenna AM/FM amplifier. I heard they don't work. But for 20 buks I had to try.

    I will post the results.

    Nice CarComp.

Seems like all the software people are developing now are all going to support it. How's the GPS going in ME?

Opps, nevermind, just saw a nice screenshot...looks cool. I got to get Destinator.

Its pretty much finished. We used a new type of skin system for it (somewhat like what mediacar uses) and we are thinking about maybe switching to it in the future for the entire skin, but right now its a hybrid.

M.E.GPS supports Destinator internally, or your GPS application embedded into the window.

    That's cool.

I've finally been able to test all this nice programs again now that my new car has a CarPC in it now. I was having some hardware issues such as the D-Link USB FM reception, but I'm ironing out most of them.

I have Co-Pilot 2003, MapPoint 2004 to test internally. Is there gonna be a option to choose your GPS program if you have more than one?
