    ME & Navman/MS streets setup?

I am new to the car pc interface world. I have a simple question (tried doing a search but didnt find what i needed). Can i use the navman receiver with microsoft streets and access it via ME as an external app?

Also, will it support voice control? or would you guys recommend using another program for that to work properly? thanks alot.

    well

Im new too, but so far every app I've tried to launch throug ME 2.1.5 works, except XMPCR but I read and found that Xtreme PCR does, and its a lot better. I would just download the applicaiton and start playing with it on your regular PC, thats what I'm doing, there's no cost associated with it and it educates you on the app before making the carputer decision. I donated because I think it is 5 steps ahead of the competition...

I am using MS SandT's and it works great with my magellan handheld gps... it works with most NEMA compatible gps's. However there is no voice... or auto re-routing... for when you go off course... and believe me you will.. hahaha the Points of Interest database is great on SandT's. It works extrememly well as an external app in ME.

so there is no re-routing with MS streets? Would you recommend another program, or does it still work great? one more random question that i might as well add, where do most people mount their GPS antenna's

Streets and Trips... well I'm actually thinking of trading in Streets and Trips... It is awesome for planning a route... great for Points of Interest... but no auto re-routing... it is not extremely user friendly for those using touch screens... however with a wireless keyboard and mouse it isn't bad... I am actually looking at Routis 2005... when they finally release it... or Co-pilot 7... if they will give me the competitive upgrade pricing... but we'll see... it all depends on cost really...

Streets and Trips was only about 50 bucks... Canadian... so it worked well for the price paid... not sure the price on the others... just starting to look now...
