Open the small version of Winamp that is installed in the MediaEngine directory and go in the Preferences and configure the Visualization plug-in, most Winamp plugins have a resolution setting that can be changed.

The Winamp version that comes with ME is set to have all the Winamp windows not shown, you have to launch Winamp then look for the icon in your system tray, right click and turn back on the windows you need.
