Need help setting the XM up.

Hey, Phat_Bastard : email me your shipping address and I'll send/give you my XM direct unit and cables.

I'm going to be using a AVIC-D1 as my front end, and just using media-engine to play mp3's via the aux video/audio input; so I wont need my xm unit any more~ I figure it will help out all the other guys.

Like I said previously, it works (XM) for me with the usb/serial bridge I'm using, but you'll be able to test with it and the serial cable hack.

I'll leave it registered with XM for about 2 months to give you time to test with it.
