    arrow up down and volume button not active

    I install media engine first time. but arrow up down and volume button not active
    I try to uninstall and install agian but it same first time. Why!

    What up / down and volume controls are you talking about? I.E. on a remote, your keyboard, touchscreen? Need more information.
