You'd have to go back to the main menu and launch video from there.
Is there anyway go back to the video being played after clicking on another function.

so there is no way to resume playback from old video. I mean it is still playing in the background I just want to see the video.
No, the fact that it is playing in the 'background' is a bug. If you let me in on which function it was that made this happen for you, I'll fix it for the 2.3.5 release.

Its the function where if i click on video player and i am playing a mp4 or mpg or any kind of video. Then I click on Browse again to search for another video that I want to play. I want to be able to click go back to return to the video that is playing and not have to choose another one.
Ah, ok I think I might be able to handle that. As it is, there's no way to do what you're wanting with a touchscreen but I might be able to work that 'bug' out in your favor. I'm pretty sure it works this way if you're using a remote / kb and use the quit / escape button. No guarantees tho.

dont mean to hijack the thread, but is WMP the only player I can use to play video? I have a ton of MP4 movies from my iPod and dont wish to convert...
If not, can I use WMP 11 or 10 to play them?
