    resuming normal windows xp....

Hey all, I have my Media engine set to be default shell. Is there any way to get back to the normal windows shell without having to restart? What I REALLY need is access to the notification area to work with wireless networks. Which is my goal. I have different network settings at my home, than my Fiance's house. So depending on where I'm taking music and internet from I need to switch between the two. Any ideas?

Have you tried running explorer.exe from the ME configuration menu? I would think it would give you the task bar then. If not, maybe you can add explorer.exe as an external app?

I've tried that. It just brings up the windows explorer.
