I'll second the ODBII inteface. Has anyone used ODBII software as external App.
Also, what about motherboard monitoring softtware?
dont think it would go down to well with the skins, you can always edit out the buttons you dont want in the skin you're usingOriginally Posted by guitar333
I second everything that people say how good Coyotes work on mediacar
is, also thank you to Confused and Mindtool on the skins they have created.
But please let Coyote develop the application as he intended, with out to many
niggly changes let him finish the Mappoint implementation he started and other major implementations he wants to finish.
Then he can concentrate on other applications for GPS, Radio, Obd etc.
The only thing I have not grasped yet is why it as suddenly started playing mp3
albums in alphabetic order, rather than by track number in the playlists it may be something I have done when I tidyed up the playlists must investigate further.
I expect I shall get flamed for this
Regards to all Peterj.
I currently use WinAmp in my car, as I just recently found this site, and the software here. As soon as I am done re-building the car, I will be using MediaCar software, this thing rocks! Coyote, u da man! There are a few things I miss about using WinAmp:
1.)Having all the playlists displayed right there for qwik and easy switching. If I am playing my tech/trance playlist, and I feel a desire to listen to some punk rock, I would be really nice to be able to switch it on the fly by having it displayed as a "side car" in the main mp3 window.
2.) Having the small visuals in the display window (see attchment)
3.) I use my car alot at outdoor parties as the source of music. The Enque feature in winamp is really nice, as it allows people to go into my car and pick a few songs they want to hear. Any chance of including this?
Just some random requests. Thanks again Coyote, you made some great software here!
Is it possible to add a touchscreen\onscreen keyboard for Mappoint?
Sorry if this has already been requested.
Also, the built in Winamp equilizer isn't that great, so I use Enhancer v0.17. However I'm not sure if equilizing would be better left to the headunit. ^ Food for thought, not really a request.
It's already in my todo list. It's essential for the GPS, ...Originally Posted by Asian Gang Lord
