All you really have to do is set your general.ini file to 848x480 rather than 800x600. The program will do the rest for ya. I realize that the quality kinda becomes crappy when you stretch it out to 848 and squeeze it in to 480. That's the quickest way I can think of.
Honestly, I don't really have the time for a 848x480 skin plus it won't benefit me much because I use a Lilliput VGA @800x600 and the skin looks great on the VGA plus I'm actually creating these skins for myself primarily but I'm just simply sharing it with the public.
If you wanna go ahead and make yourself a 848x480 skin. I have the photoshop PSD files that you can manipulate yourself for a small fee of $10. I accept any method of payment via PayPal. I can also make the zipped file downloadable for you. If you do purchase a copy from me, only thing I ask is to leave the 'd' (like my avatar logo in the bottom right corner of the menu.psd file alone and do not distribute it without my explicit permission.

Ah that should be much more eye pleasing at night.. I can't seem to get the mode button to work though? (shuffle/repeat)
