New F-CNS Brushed Metal Skin for Mediacar v.1.9
OK, Garry and I have combined all elements of the brushed metal skin for the new Mediacar v.1.9 into one zip file to avoid the confusions that we have made. As I'm writing, I'm uploading the files for 848x480 and stretched 800x600 resolutions. You can download them here:

For the noobs: first download the brushed_metal.zip file of the desired resolution. Then go to the brands page to download the brand of car desired. Unzip the brushed_metal.zip into the skin folder. Then unzip the brand.zip into the skin folder overwriting the files.
The changes I've made:
1. volume sliders and mute button on the main menu are working
2. mute indicator on the mixer is working
3. changed the "TV" button to "Apps"
4. Added an appearance menu on the main menu
I haven't done the radio_player. I'm going to do it soon. No worries.
If I made any mistakes or bugs, please let me know.

Feb - I know I have mentioned it before but Vauxhall have an orange dash not red like you have it set as now. - any chance you can change the glow on the buttons ie the colour of the text on here :-

Is there any way to get the same logo larger on the rest of the screens ? The Vauxhall displays show the logo at full size as a rule... by that I mean where the pic of that car is on the orgional screens with a %50 faded look...

Hi Feb,
I am having a bit of trouble with the 800x600 skin. Everytime I try to load it within mediacar I get the following error:
Error Number: 380
Invalid property value
Debuf information:
Mediacar.Frm_main_menu.LoadSkin
I don't get the error if I use the default skin.
Any thoughts?

You need the Arial Narrow font. I have it in this zip folder.
Install the font into Fonts in Control Panel

I've done everything in red... it'll take some time for orange...
BTW have you download the psd files? Do you think I can leave the orange thingy to you?
