    Error Number: 5

I get this error message each time i add my mp3 folder into the playlist, what does it mean?

And, as you can see on the attached image, i have some problems with the id3 tag support. The files are from the same album, and i have not modyfied them in any way. Mediacar seems to just be able to read half of the tags, but if i play them in winamp itself (5.03) it has no problems reading the tags.

Are all of your tags ID3V1 or are some ID3V2?

All have at least v1 tag, some also have v2. Im going to check it out, it seems to solve the problem.

But i still get the "error number: 5" msg, and also a msg called "error number: 70", thou i dont have a screenshot of that one...

It doesnt solve the problem for me, Ive had it turned on all the time, but I have the solution.

I just modified the tag, saved it, modified it back, and then it worked =P
Dont ask me why, it just did...

    ok, that's very strange!

I never have any tag errors, but I always ID3v2 tag mp3's before I add them to my collection.

I would do this, but there is no way im going throw almost a thousand songs to do that. Unless there is a quick way to delete tags from a whole directory, i would just do that.
