OK sorry, please ignore me. I did a search found my answer and was to quick on the trigger when posting a question....![]()
THis is what happens. The default skins works flawlessly as expected. But when I switch to a different skin, any other skin. I get an error that reads
Error Number:13
Type Mismatch
Debug Information:
MEDIACAR.Frm_serttings.Lst_skin_Click
This has got me lost and frustrated. I like mediacar but I am wanting a different skin for use in my car. And would also like to create my own skin and be able to use it as well.
PLEASE HELP ME...![]()

Dumb mistake on my part, I only downloaded the menu skin and not the entire skin pack from the website. Also I installed the earlier version 1.85 and then everything after that up to the 1.91 update patch. I think there might be something missing in the 1.90 setup download. Because after that, it worked great. Plus after doing a little search, I found a post from coyote that mentioned this fix as well. So this is a known problem, just no fix yet.Originally Posted by CHUPACABRA

You get a similar error if you don't copy the font files to your windows fonts folder
