I've read a lot of your threads relating to your E39 and CTF800 monitor. I'm about to undertake the same mission on an E39 I just purchased. In a nutshell, what's the simplest way to get this monitor installed with a decent bezel? I've looked at the nice bezels from Janus-Design but it appears they are made mostly for double-din systems.
