    Error 458, followed by error 91 each time any action is taken

    Map Monkey 1.1.3 was running fine and suddenly the following errors start happening:

    What is going on?

    Sounds like you have the wrong destdll file, if it used to work try registering it again (regsvr32 c:\destinatorapps\destinator\destdll.dll)
