Audio doesn't always adjust on Navigation alerts

In the MM Configuration, I set the audio to change temporarily to 30% on directions (ie, Exit in 2 miles). It works on 2 miles alert and on 500 yards alert but for 200 yards and the last alert to navigate it doesn't adjust the audio.

Set ManeuverRepeatTimeout=0 in mapmonkey.ini

It's a setting designed to suppress multiple messages that say the same thing close togther - 15 seconds by default, but if you make the above change then it will say all repeated directions
