Dalai skin

Hi,
I've fused Dena and Mauri skins (thanks Dena and Mauri for them) into my own skin and I made it like FrodoPlayer "steel" theme without losing previous utility (bigger icons, volume controls,etc.).
Also I changed icons, which now are more friendly user and with a bigger definition.
The skin is in italian language, but I hope to find time for translate it in english!
Let me know what do you think about it.

P.S.: some guyes asked me to upload the skin, I'm waiting for an answer from Map Monkey site...
Ninja Monkey if you are there please let me know what to do!

se non è chiedere molto è possibile aggiungere anche il bottone per lo switch della mappa?.

Since I posted I took the Destination & Menu screens and did a bit of adapting to English myself. They are slightly bigger too...to fit in with my skin requirements ( AND EYESIGHT !! ). Hope you dont mind.
