Mobile Media Center Skinning Contest!

We are coming to a close on version 1.0 of Mobile Media Center. We will be releasing a fully skinnable version with a manual on how to skin Mobile Media Center on 3/18/2005. We are looking for a "Default" skin design to use for version 1.0.

The winner will get their choice from a brand new Mac Mini!
or a xenarc touchscreen!

So get ready for Friday, March 18th.

we will publish an entire skinning manual on the 18th... but if you want to get a head start, just install MMC (and any updates that are available) and look at the default.xml file in the membranes folder this will give you an idea how the default skin is layed out...

the way our skin system is now, its alot like building a web page ... you have background images and buttons that you place on the page with x,y coordinates... we may be adding hotspot support for the 18th release as well.

keep in mind we are looking for a complete skin, not just the audio playback page

there will be soon! we posted an early version in the mac forum, now we have all screens working on the mac and are in the process of making a custom listbox for mmc.

dont worry any skins made on a pc will work on the mac.... everything still remains .xml on both platforms.
