Thread: help! Clock viz for media player

nobody really? how about a flash logo ? something so i can actually see the time from the drivers seat?!

Waiting a mere seven hours for a response means that you're expecting anyone with an answer to log onto these forums and respond to your issue within the time frame that you specify.

i just noticed a few people looked at the post, i wasn't trying to come off as needy or impatient, just a bit frustrated that i can't find something like a clock viz. no big deal.

plus i was posting a second time with an alternate request as it dawned on me that there might be a flash clock rather than a wmp viz, sorry to step on anybody's toes.

hmmn I have an idea.. you could change the mi web screen home page.. the deafult htm to a flash clock web page.. My default page was setup as web portal it showed my sorento logo as a flash clockand then if i clicked the logo i could choose google if i had a net connection... here is a page with flashclocks

Almost each module has its own date and clock, and in the settings you can change it to US or European format in the settings. What is the actual need to have a clock where the visualization resides? Is it that you simply need something larger to view?

That is the exact reason why i did mine.. The size of the clock in the mi 3.b my wife always complained she didnt see a clock.. So i just rewrote the default.htm webpage with an embedded clock.. and changed the button name in a photo editor to clock instead of web..
Red great program.. Could anyone answer if the rds is funtcional in mi4 i am debating on buying the silabs.. Webtv red does it work on your development station if so i would love to see a pic as to what it's supposed to do.

correct, i just wanted a large clock so i could glance down at my dash instead of looking for it. i'm not using transflective so it's hard enough to see most of the details during the day, a larger clock would just come in handy

How about a large clock where the alternating flash logo is on the main menu screen? I dont know how to do it in flash but If you really want it, then I can research it and make it happen.
