This is built into the program. C:\Program Files\Mobile Impact\Emuskins\Default\skin.ini is the location of the default skin, if your using one of the other skins then change the \Default\ for whichever one this is. Open the skin.ini file and look at the very top of the skin.ini file you will find the following:
[FORM]
FRML=0
FRMT=0

the FRML is where the program loads on the left, if your resolution is 800x600 then FRML=800 If your resolution is set to 1024x768 then your FRML=1024 and so on.
The FRMT is where is will load from the top of the screen. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
