    Sorry for the delay in the response, but it looks like your missing that file, which you can download and then place in your windows\system32 folder to resolve it.

    you know what.i think that only can be work on XP system.i've tried that on my XP system it just fine.but not Vista.

    I will defintely say that my program does NOT work with Vista. In fact i dont even think that Vista will run very well on your typical via board.
