Divx not Filling the Whole Screen

Thats a strange problem! What has changed? What settings have you changed? What other software has been installed? Etc. If it worked before then there has to be something that altered your system enough to mess things up. Im an IT professional and most times trying to fix things takes much longer than reloading it from scratch.

well i didnt change anything exept 4 those settings i know what effect it will have on my comp but otherwise i wouldnt change a setting i wouldnt know the effect of...im thinking that it could b when i added on my video card i org. got my comp without it and then i got the ati radeon 9250 128mb video card and thats about it...but i went through and checked all the video card settings even its settings on bios but everything seems 2 b on the normal setting...

on a side note, i noticed that using the new DivX 6, there's a tray icon that loads when you play a DivX movie. it would cause the start button and taskbar to appear overtop of my frontend. You can disable it, i just can't remember how...

You can disable it in 2 different ways in MI, you can go into the settings and hit Set As Shell or you can Hide all Windows Components and it does this for you.
