How Many Albums Do You Keep On Your Carputer?

854 Artists, 8000 songs

i don't know how to get album art. but if i did i would use it.(tell me how to get it please)

http://music.yahoo.com and a lot of patience. Search for the artist. Go to "Albums". Right-click > "Save As", browse for the folder, and save as "Folder.jpg".

I have aprox 10,000 songs but only 4967 are organized. Within the 4967 songs I have 512 album art images.

I used MusicMatch to update the album art and it works pretty well.

This is the website I use for CD Covers. I also use a mix of MusicBrainz and Tag & Rename to label everything. I have about 4500 mp3s and an almost full 60gb harddrive.

ok i have album art now. its cool but i don't like it as much as the media player vis. hey red can you change the viz through MI? or do you have to open media player and scroll to the viz you like?

Open media player and select it. I didnt realize until after I created MI that Microsoft used a mix of VB and C++ to build Media Player and I only write in VB. The visualization is in C++.

Did someone say manually download from Yahoo??? How about one of a zillion programs like Gotcha Covered, or one of the zillion program supporting Gracenote lookups (like the PhatNoise Media Manager Pro).

Anyway, I have 2 albums, but I have 20GB of singles. I mainly just play music videos now that I downloaded the 28GB "massive music video torrent" from TPB to get my collection started (no, I don't watch while driving, but its just cool to have video while parked at lights [or parked on the LA freeway system]).
