Im glad your trying to use every feature! I wrote the Organizer module to be specifically used with a full working installation of Microsoft Outlook (Not Outlook Express). I didnt set it up to have any reminders, but when there is an appointment, it shows a grey block on the day of the appointment, then the user taps the box and it brings up the appointment. It was designed to have one way communication with Outlook. Download only, and it is designed to be read only with no input, only viewing.
