Here is my question... is it worth adding the following support to the sound system:

Mod Music (XM, IT, S3M, MOD, etc)
WavPack files - loseless audio format
MusePack files - loseless audio format
OptimFROG files - loseless audio format

The next version will have native support for FLAC and APE files. I will no longer use the Winamp Input Plugins. I am trying to nail down all the audio formats that everyone uses. The more the better I feel.

i never use those formats...MMC could use better randomization though.

I have some wma files that I can only see in "Browse" mode. They don't show up in album, artist, genre, all music. Is that because wma files don't have an ID3 tag?

Still got the same problems with DVD, it tries to access the drive and the program hangs.

Another thing...
If you keep switching between audio and video playback, the video doesn't stop playing the second time you switch to audio and start playing any audio file.

The pause button doesn't change into a Play button as the audio/video playback is automatically paused (in the event that it gets paused) when you start playing the other type.... ex. You're viewing a video and then switch to music, start playing a song and (at least the first time) the video playback gets paused but the pause button in video mode haven't changed into a play button like it does whan you manually pause it.

Will fullscreen video have an option of keeping aspect ratio ?

Getting better though... How's the Destinator functionality coming along ?

1. Is it a plug and play type thing, any soldering, etc...
2. Also will this work with the stock XMPCR software or 3rd party software like XtremePCR, ReplacePCR and TimeTRAX

no soldering...just plug and play...you will have to use our software or Frodoplayer...i think he is getting our SDK as well....to control for now....the SDK we provide will alow you to make modifications to your own software.....as far as other timetrax goes we are working with them to use our API's to communicate with the xmDirect...so it might end up being just an software update from them.
