    1) I can't turn the volume down when I hit the power button on XM (I have no XM hooked up) it works like a PA system with my microphone. In that mode I can't turn the volume down.

    2) my divXs don't keep the proper ratio.

That's all for now. I'm still playing with it.

Same issue as rando, in Browse mode none of the files will play.

I can't change the volume. It won't even pretend to change. I think it automatically goes to max like how it gets louder on its own when you open a song.

Is this anywhere in MMC? Or just XM? So it says its at a certain volume level, but not changing it?

I uploaded a new update of the complete install. Same link, same file, etc as Post #1. Uninstall any previous versions and delete left over files from the install.

Let me know if this addresses any of your problems...

    Thanks

Anywhere in MMC. The volume fades up to 100 when I start playing music. If I turn the volume down it goes to like 98 for 1/4 of a second then jumps back to 100.

It didn't always do this, but I don't know what circumstances made it happen. It happens now after a reboot and when I first open MMC. Is it just me ?

I notice no change with the new version. I'm still having volume problems and I noticed this.

I played an MP3. Then I played a local divX. The divx is still not the correct aspect ratio. The MP3 kept playing leaving my divX with no audio. I paused the DivX then swtiched to the music screen. I could not stop the mp3 from playing. I loaded a different mp3 and it played over the existing one. 2 at once... trippy sound effect tho... any way, I pressed pause again and it stopped the 2nd mp3, I still had no way to stop the original mp3, so I closed her down

Much improvment over the previous version I had installed. No more pops/clicks when switching songs. Also seems a little more stable/quicker. Although occasinally I still get a kind of lock up where a song repeats like a broken record for a few seconds then stops. I'll put this in the bug section as well. Thanks for all your work so far, I think your program is the best I've tested.

After further testing it seems that the browse mode is the only mode that wont play the files when they are clicked. I also have the volume issue, the first song I play once the app starts up it brings the volumn to 100% After I turn it down though it stays normal. And occasionally I'll get a song that gets stuck/repeats like a broken record. After clicking a bunch of other places on the screen it seems to catch itself. Do you put the whole song into memory before/while playing it? I have a very stiff suspension and even though the hard drive is in a shock mount I'm sure its feeling the bumps. Just thinking that this could be the issue with the songs skipping.
