Sweet! Is there anyway though you can make it so it reuses the old media.xml file? Unless of course you have updated its format. Otherwise since I have over 5000 songs it take a damn long time to build the database up every couple of days or so. I see you keep the file in the directory after the uninstall so it should be that difficult to do. Thanks!

true that, you can leave the media.xml file there and before you run any new build of MMC go into the config file and manually place the paths to the music, video, and photo... this way you wont have to rebuild.... however if there was any new songs added they will not show up till you hit the rebuild database button from the main menu screen.

thanks for all the kind comments

Cool I'll do that... a couple of questions... did you say PhoneControl would be in this build? Also where do you put playlists and will you have a function to create them soon? Thanks!! No crashes yet and I am good at making things crash!!

PhoneControl is in the works. Zorro sent me over his SDK for integrating PhoneControl into the system.

Playlist file types support will be in either rev 7 or rev 8. In the mean time ther is a preview of how to create them in this Rev... just hold down the song you want in your playlist for one second. It will change colors, the if you switch the list mode to Playlist, only those songs will be listed. This is a preview of how we will work on Playlist integration... comments and suggestions are definitely welcome

Thank you for the nice comments. I am working on iTunes M4P support, I hope to have it ready as soon as possible. We do support M4A, MP4, and AAC files though as of now. The DRM protected ones are the only ones giving me problems at this time.

    Thanks

Okay, I need to work with you on this then to get this resolved. I will add more detail to the log system to see if we can pin point the issue... This will be in Rev 7.

Maybe for the playlists have the first screen show the name of the playlist.

List 1 (and we can add/change/delete them)
    List 2

When you have a list selected, you then go into the music and press and hold the songs to add them to the list you are currently in.

I like how the song stays red if its in a playlist. Also, I'm sure you already know this.. save the info when closing the app.

Can you add a shortcut for the shutdown button? If I program Alt-F4 on my remote it doesn't resume playing were it stopes on next start. It would be nice if this shorcut bypassed the confirmation screen on the shutdown.
    Thank You.
