Music keeps playing while DVD starts.... not so good. But it Plays T-3 and some dvd software doesn't looks good to me.

Man if this supports radio (and they are any good) I'll be able to pull out my HU and mount the LCD there.... then insurance will cover everything and I'll feel spiffy.

Hybrid,

I would like you guys to test these radios in a real world situation (in the car). all the usb radios that i have noted have crappy reception in the car. Do these have external antennas and how would you connect then to the car's stock antenna?

urg.... that requires building up balls big enough for my father to promptly rip off.... I'd have to make the lilly in a mount that can some out real easy so I could throw the stock HU back in if needed... like every night when my father gets home from work.

what are the two arrows directly in the middle in the bottom menu? I'm trying to figure out what they do

it sounds like you didnt update the software, those buttons change visuals when visuals are on

where is the dvd playbavk?? i only have music in the main menu

if you insert a dvd you should get auto playback, dvd playback is also in the alpha stage as well so there is no controls at this point, just playback....again be patient we are working very hard to get the core solid as well as flexible for the end user.

but again, try installing the update: I added an update link with the date of the update to the download page, this way you guys know what the latest release is

I downloaded the latest version yesterday and I've only been playing around with it for a couple of minutes. I noticed that when I browse by artist or album that a few are coming up with only 1 to 3 songs instead of the entire album. I'm guessing that the db is created from the ID3 tags? I'm used to MediaCar where it is more like a directory browser and so I'm trying to get a handle on whether this is just a problem with some of my MP3 tags being incomplete or if the program just can't see some of these songs. An example of what I've experienced:

This is something ive noticed....some ...very few... but some songs dont show up, my best guess is that these are ones that dont have id3 tags, i will try to get that fixed asap.

FEATURE:

How about options for the ID3 tag info displayed scrolling up top while the music plays?

I also wish I could see more info at once from the data base... like the artists next to the song title and suff instead of having to pick from artist, title, or genre

I really think with everyone's input this product will be great. I really love the fact that it's not a winamp cover and uses his OWN things to pllay music/dvds.
