That's what we're here for.
Sorry for the delay on MMC Alpha 5 guys. I have been busy moving this past week and this weekend. I thought I could do it all, but I figured out something that upset me... I am not super human after all
I am working hard and will try to have something out to you in the next couple days. I want it to be worth the wait and want to make sure its worthy of another complete release for you. This is the last alpha as well. The next major release will be beta.
Once again, sorry for the long wait. We are here and working hard on the next release. Just be a little more patient and I am sure you will be glad you did!![]()

Hey, no problem, we understand.....BUT HURRY UP WOULD 'YA?! ;-D
This is great....just downloaded it today to try on my new system for the Excursion. Fantastic interface, clean, easy to use and last (but certainly not least)...STABLE. Looking forward to the D-Link FM Radio support as this is what I am using. Keep up the good work and I will shoot ideas your way as I try things out.
Thanks for all your work and keeping us posted.

I see you are in Jonesville... I grew up and lived in Coldwater Michigan most of my life. Pretty cool seeing someone who lives close to my home town. I will be up that way soon as well.

I just would like to see a back button instead of the .. at the top of the lists when navigating by directory. Personally only about 85% of my mp3s have good tags so I prefer to navigate by directory and the .. is so awkward to use, if you accidently double click you just end up where you left off.
I was also wondering what the button with the two cds on the bottom of the screen does??? Is it just to hide the list of songs and if this is so should it not hide the shuffle, repeat and eq buttons also?
Lastly, I was wondering why access to video is off of the music tab in the main menu, should it not have it's own main menu tab?
Other then that this program ROCKS. So much faster then all the other programs. I love the fact that you can go between the visualization and navigating instantly unlike ME or MC. This is definately the program I will use when I get my CarPC up and running. THANKS SO MUCH for all of your hard work Hybrid guys.

When I view the media xml file many of my files show no tag but for instance both of the files above have complete tags, anyone else having this problem (Have deleted and rebuilt the database)

yeah yeah....lol we will put some sort of back button...its on the list of priorities for us.....I think the problem is the listing portion of the program needs to be redeisgned in order to do things like scroll ....it will happen might be on a beta release though....I just would like to see a back button instead of the .. at the top of the lists when navigating by directory. it toggles and hides the playlist...yes it will hide that portion too eventually...the idea here is that you will have relay control through our CECU and that blue background will actually have the button layout thereI was also wondering what the button with the two cds on the bottom of the screen does??? Is it just to hide the list of songs and if this is so should it not hide the shuffle, repeat and eq buttons also?
We are trying to make access to all components through one page without cluttering the page, keeping the home page for just a splash type screen that give you a way out of the program and into windows. what we will end up doing is having a menu at the top that is layed out something like this.....
Music------Video-------XM-------FM-------Control
each catagory will toggle a subcatagory for that selection like this:
Music
Song-------Artist------Album-------Genre-------Browse-----Prev
Video
Mpeg------DVD-------Camera-------Pictures-----Aux-----Prev
XM
Channel-----Artist------Gernre-------station------Prev
FM
Channel------City-------???-------????-----Prev<---- not sure yet
Control
OBDII-------CanBUS-------Relay---------Settings------Prev
I hope that cleared up some questions as to what we have planned and why its layed out the way it is
