Mac OS X beta download? (Mac users check in here)

    Ben,

You've got my interest talking about how you have MMC building/running cross-platform, and I read your comments in the GPS thread where you've demonstrated a solid commitment to the concept.

I'm definitely interested in checking out a Mac OS X build of your software, so forgive me for opening this thread to see whether other folks might share the same sentiment; I figure that if you get a few more takers it might help you along a little...

    Regards,
    Mike

    Mike,

Trust me, when I say that the Mac OS X version is high on my list. I use a Mac Book Pro for all my development. The problem is that we have commitments for Windows XP/XPe/Vista that have to be met. Once I meet these commitments, then I will be focusing on the engine components for Mac OS X. I will make sure you are one of the first to get a test copy. I will need a lot of help and feedback.

    Thanks!

    Ben,

Thanks for your reply. I fully understand the commitment aspect; best of luck with your deadlines, and I'll be keeping an eye on the forum here to see what develops.

    Regards,
    Mike

Great news Mac fans! I now have our complete presentation engine and sound engine working seamlessly on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux! I am slowly working on each subsystem. I will be releasing this version publicly here on the forum Tuesday, May 15th. Can not wait to start testing and gettting feedback
