Nice instal work. Crappy sub - defenetly not one of the best in the market - not even in the top 10. Cheap JL electronics. No spare tire - but at least he will have some music to listen to then he is waiting for a tow truck. As far as MOST stuff having to stay intact - bolony - I own finished E55(although not the MOST) and S65(MOST) which is still in the build stage but works fine with our mods- no problem to replace equipment or go fully aftermarket. You could do aftemarket input with DensenLink and some other ways.

Again quality of an install is very nice - good fabricators, but I still can't see the logic behind loosing spare tire. Thouse things do blow at the worst times.

Also why would you go with a stiffening cap in our times then people have a bat-caps. I personaly use 2 strapped Kinetics 2400 which have about 800 times stiffening capacity of the 35 farad amp

I think he had run flat tires. By the way, Mark was voted one of the top 50 installers in the country by Mobile Electronics Magazine. The voting continues to find the top installer. Very nice install; I'd love to get all that gear in my car, but without the tricks. 40K on a close to 10year old Merc? That's crazy. I wonder if without the trick moving amps and the custom center speaker would save about 25K. Not sure why the big center speaker, for SACDs (no big screen for movie playing so I suppose either the guy likes symphonic pieces or Tommy, the Dark Side and whatever else is available in 5.1 sound).

Only thing I didn't like it was the kitchen sink like amp in the bottom. It looks like a kitchen sink only with backlighting. Another color would help I guess.
