Yes it can be your primary monitor. It just will NOT show your bootup sequence. The OS has to recognize it as a monitor, the bios will not.

I know from what i tested on my mac i was able to make it my primary.

Thanks. I'm going to wait for a more detailed review to come out. It's definitely interesting.

OSX? Any one know or worked with either of these under OSX?

    Hey there.

Has any one know or worked with either of these touchscreen under OSX?
Ideally I'd like to have 3 or 4 all working at the same time...

I know they say they're supposed to work, but I want some hands on feed back if possible
    Anyone?

If I can get 4 people to pre-buy the mimo monitor, I can test the 4 on a single computer on video for you guys to see the results. If you do want to do that, when you buy the monitor put in the order notes "I am pre-buying this monitor so it can be tested"

I'll do the test if I only get 3, but 4 would give us the answer.

What about just two? Where you able to test that?
    Failure is not an option...

I only can open 1 for testing, I can't open other people's monitors unless they give the ok.

    fps and response time?

has anyone used one of these USB monitors for any 3d games? i'm curious what FPS rating you can get at the native resolution. seems like it could be pretty lousy even with the low resolution, since it's probably just software accelerated. any ideas?

similarly, i'm wondering if anyone knows of the response time ratings for these 7" lilliput panels.

Would like those questions answered, you gave the minimal information which is not enough interest someone.

    How is the video quality?
    - if run in its native 800x480 res its clear and crisp. Video playback over USB is a little choppy.

    What res' does it run?
    - 800 x 480 is native and best

How sensitive and accurate is the touch screen?
    - its resistive, so its not very sensitive, but if you do the 25 point calibration its really accurate

How would this work as a primary monitor?
    - for a desktop or car pc you could use this as a primary, get it installed first, then reboot with only this plugged in. You will only start to see video once you get to the windows login screen, you won't see anything for bios or while the system is booting

Examples of all of these questions?
    - i will have examples soon. My apologies for not having any atm.

How about some good information we can use?
    - the sky is blue during the day because of light reflecting off nitrogen gas and the wave length of blue light is shorter and gets abosorbed and reflect to our eyes.
